As someone who enjoys exploring the Highlands and immersing myself in the quaint charm of Nairn, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Glen Lyon Lodge. Situated just a short distance from the airport, this cozy B&B offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. From the plush carpeted floors to the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, every detail had been carefully thought out to enhance the overall guest experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served by the gracious host, Helen. the homemade granola and sourdough bread were a delightful treat that perfectly complemented the picturesque surroundings of Nairn. Helen's attention to detail and genuine warmth truly set the Glen Lyon Lodge apart from other accommodations in the area. To the comfortable rooms and delectable breakfast offerings, the proximity of the B&B to Nairn Central Beach and Nairn Museum allowed for easy exploration of the local attractions. Whether enjoying a leisurely stroll along the beach or discovering the history of the town at the museum, there was no shortage of things to see and do within close reach of the Glen Lyon Lodge. Overall, my experience at the Glen Lyon Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. From the cozy accommodations to the welcoming hospitality of Helen, this charming B&B exceeded all of my expectations and left me with fond memories of my time in Nairn. I highly recommend this hidden gem to fellow travelers looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat in the heart of the Highlands.
